Rex becomes Head Chef

Rex became Head Chef in the housemates' cooking task this afternoon.
The group was gathered on the sofas and Big Brother called the housemate "most proficient at cooking" to the Diary Room. When Rex returned, he told the group that he had been chosen as the Head Chef.
He announced that he would have to teach the group how to make Steak Béarnaise with mashed potato and green beans, followed by blueberry soufflé. The housemates would then have to cook the meal themselves, with Rex judging them on taste and presentation and choosing which pair should receive a reward.
Rex revealed that he had picked Sara and Mohamed, Michael and Rachel, and Darnell and Kathreya to work together.
However, Mohamed appeared unimpressed with Sara's face when she heard the news, remarking: "Is that the reaction I get, Sara? Who's going to give you cigarettes now?"
The cooking masterclass quickly got underway, although Michael immediately began eating his blueberries. Meanwhile, Sara laughed hysterically as Rex talked about "blanching" chives.
"If you keep laughing I'll throw this bowl at your head," he warned.
